Ripple Effect
Held a stone over the water… Dropped it in, delighted in the splash. Never considering the consequences we couldn’t take back. Him… Her… You… Me… The shallows cascaded outward in un-retractable regret. We silently held our breath, and prayed no one else was taken under by the ripple effect. Thanks for reading!
